It all started with a remark made by one of my daughters friends who had seen the items I made. It was her suggestion that I research Etsy as a way of reaching a wider audience for my items. Hence my shop Avalon Cross Stitch got started.
I love to keep busy and cannot sit with nothing to do, so I has started to sell my wares at local village markets. After Kayleigh's suggestion I started my shop.
The best thing about it is that I love to find out where the person lives and sent my item to them. It could be anywhere in the world.
So from being created in my office, it could end up on the other side of the world.
